In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jili222 or any relevant regulatory authority.

jili222 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility requirement is not or is no longer satisfied.

To access the full features of the jili222 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the jili222 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings derived from Wagers placed on any such Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify jili222 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jili222 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jili222 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as we may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

5.1 Deposits

jili222 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jili222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jili222 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jili222 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, which will be communicated to you via your Account dashboard or upon request to our support team.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jili222 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are the proceeds of unlawful activity. In such cases, we may be required to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities without notifying you.

jili222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; any unused Bonus Funds will expire upon the end of that period.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jili222 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds, and to void any winnings derived therefrom, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged Wagers designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.

6.3 Promotional Changes

jili222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to honour commitments made to Players who have already opted into a promotion in good faith prior to any such change.

All games available on the jili222 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including jili222. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jili222 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant Players' Accounts. jili222 shall not be liable for any losses, including anticipated winnings, arising from a game malfunction. The decision of jili222 in relation to any disputed game outcome shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out below.

7.2 Disputes

If you believe that a game outcome is incorrect or that a technical error has affected your Wager, you must notify jili222 via the in-platform live chat support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jili222 will review all relevant game logs and system records in reaching a determination.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jili222 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, including other Players' Accounts or jili222's backend systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jili222 immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili222 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jili222.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jili222 regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jili222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jili222's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jili222 support via the in-platform live chat. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jili222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your Account.
• You have failed to satisfy or maintain the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jili222 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit such Balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

jili222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jili222 Platform following the posting of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
